Heat Stress Disorders
The minor disorders are given as sunburn, prickly heat and heat syncope; the major, asheat exhaustion, heat cramps (both disorders of electrolyte and water metabolism), tropicalanhidrotic asthenia and hyper-pyrexia (both failures of heat regulation).
